01How much does 2/EDIT take?+
A flat 20% commission, added on top of your asking price. You set €50, we list at €60, you receive your full €50 via Revolut.
02Who handles shipping?+
We do. Once paid, we send you a Box Now locker and drop-off code. You pack, send a photo for approval, drop it off. Buyer pays a flat shipping fee — you pay nothing.
03When do I get paid?+
Via Revolut, once the buyer confirms receipt. Exactly your asking price — no deductions, no surprises.
04What if the buyer isn't happy?+
Buyers have 48 hours from delivery to flag an issue with photo proof. If the listing was inaccurate, they get a refund and return the item at the seller's cost. After 48h, the sale is final.
05Do buyers see my contact info?+
No. All enquiries and payments go through 2/EDIT. Your identity stays private unless you ask otherwise.
06Is every piece approved?+
No. We curate by condition, accuracy and fit with the edit. Decisions are final and never personal.
